These options will be used on objects of class 'indMatrix' from the 'Matrix' package, including objects of its subclass 'pMatrix'.
Usage
opts_indMatrix(constructor = c("as", "next"), ...)Details
Depending on constructor, we construct the object as follows:
"as"(default): We build the object usingas()on theperminteger vector, or on a list ofpermand the number of columns when it cannot be inferred, and applyMatrix::t()if the object'smarginis 2. If this cannot reproduce the object exactly (e.g. dimnames) we fall back to the next constructor."next": Use the constructor for the next supported class. Call.class2()on the object to see in which order the methods will be tried.
